Subscribed amounts join Tractial's general resources and help fund its development.
In return, Tractial pays the interest provided for in the Terms of Issue.
The rate may be reviewed at each quarterly date. Any change takes effect at the start of the next quarterly period and is announced at least 5 business days in advance.
Tractial may decide a higher rate, including as a temporary uplift.
Tractial may keep the rate unchanged.
A decrease below 2.59% is limited by the cumulative decrease in the ECB deposit facility rate since the launch of the series.
The initial reference rate of the series is set at 2.59% per year. At each quarterly date, Tractial's Board of Directors may maintain or change the applicable rate. Tractial may freely decide an increase or a temporary uplift. An uplift does not change the initial reference rate and may end at a quarterly date. The rate may be brought back to 2.59% regardless of a previous uplift. It may be set below 2.59% only within the limit of the cumulative decrease in the ECB deposit facility rate since the launch of the series. The rate floor is 0.00%.
You may submit a repurchase request whenever you wish. Tractial reviews requests on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a cut-off at 15:00 Paris time. When a request is accepted, the target is settlement on J+1 business day.
