Add payment to the invoice
Complete e-invoicing functions with accounts, IBANs, collections, payments and financial data embedded in the journey.
E-invoicing
Tractial lets Accredited Platforms, compatible solutions and invoicing vendors embed payment accounts, IBANs, collections, transfers and reconciliation directly in their journeys.
The invoice structures the data. Tractial connects that data to the actual movement of money.
From invoice to cash
E-invoicing is turning the invoice into structured data that software can use directly. For the business, the process does not stop at issuing or receiving an invoice: a customer invoice must be collected, a supplier invoice must be paid, and each movement identified, reconciled and folded into the cash view.
Tractial adds this financial execution layer to the invoicing journey. Payment accounts, IBANs, collections, transfers, statuses and reconciliation can be connected to the platform so the workflow continues through to the actual movement of funds.
InvoiceCollectReconcileSteerThe platform no longer stops at the document. It accompanies the financial flow.
An invoicing platform handles two realities at once: invoices the business must collect, and invoices it must pay.
Tractial connects both journeys to the same layer of accounts, IBANs and payments.
Customer invoices
Supplier invoices
A received settlement can be matched to the invoice and its status returned directly in the software.

Embedded financial infrastructure
Payment.net
A validated supplier invoice can feed a payment workflow and be tracked through to settlement.
Embedding financial services brings the moment an invoice is handled closer to the moment money is actually received or sent.
Users no longer necessarily leave their invoicing software for a separate payment space, then return to update the invoice status by hand.
Collect
Tie the invoicing journey to a payment account and an IBAN so incoming settlements can be connected to the matching invoices.

The Accredited Platform organises e-invoicing journeys and the associated regulatory data exchanges. Tractial can complete that journey with the financial layer that receives, executes, identifies and tracks payments tied to invoices.
The two infrastructures serve different, complementary functions.

Financial execution
Tractial
The PA keeps its role in the e-invoicing scheme. Tractial operates the payment services that fall within its Payment Institution perimeter.
An electronic invoice already holds part of the information needed for financial processing: counterparty, amount, date, due date and references. Connected to a payment infrastructure, that data can reduce re-keying and feed more automated workflows.
Supplier invoice
The received invoice becomes an input to the payment process.
Customer invoice
The bank movement becomes an update to the invoicing process.
The automations actually available depend on the integration model, the data available, the required controls and the scope validated with Tractial.
Not every platform needs the same depth of integration.
A project can start with a precise building block, for example a payment account or an IBAN, then extend to other features according to uses, responsibilities and the validated framework.
Embed a payment account in the business journey according to the chosen model.
Associate an IBAN with the account or journey in order to receive and identify incoming flows.
Track settlements received against issued invoices.
Embed beneficiary or supplier payments in authorised workflows.
Prepare or schedule operations according to due dates and applicable validation rules.
Associate financial movements with the corresponding invoices or business objects.
Surface useful information on a payment’s lifecycle.
Return the data needed to follow the financial position inside the platform.
Make structured data available to product, finance, operations or support teams.
Connect financial events to the software’s interfaces and automations.
KYC / KYB and compliance are embedded in the journey when the nature of the financial services requires it.
The use case is not limited to Accredited Platforms. Any solution that handles the invoice, its data or the associated financial processes may benefit from connecting the document more closely to payment.
Add payment to the invoice
Complete e-invoicing functions with accounts, IBANs, collections, payments and financial data embedded in the journey.
Extend the experience connected to a PA
Add financial functions to your software while keeping the connection with the Accredited Platform that handles the relevant regulatory functions.
Turn invoice data into financial action
Connect invoice, settlement, reconciliation and status in the environment the business already uses.
Link forecast and actual movement
Combine due dates from invoices with collections and payments that have actually been executed.
The aim is not to add another tool the user must open separately.
Tractial’s services are meant to be connected to the partner’s product so that financial actions remain inside the business journey.

Invoices give a view of expected collections and disbursements. Accounts and payments give the reality of executed movements.

The invoice describes the future. Payment describes the real. Matching them makes cash easier to steer.
The Accredited Platform performs the functions assigned to it in the French e-invoicing scheme, including issuance, transmission and reception of electronic invoices and the required regulatory data. Tractial acts as financial infrastructure and Payment Institution for the services within its perimeter.
Integrating Tractial does not confer Accredited Platform status on the partner and does not replace the obligations of the e-invoicing scheme. The financial services presented are offered subject to eligibility, compliance validation, contracting and the applicable regulatory framework.
No. This page does not present Tractial as an Accredited Platform.
Tractial acts as fintech infrastructure and Payment Institution. Its role is to enable the embedding of financial services (payment accounts, IBANs, collections, transfers, reconciliation and reporting) in invoicing platform journeys.
The Accredited Platform keeps the responsibilities that are its own in the French e-invoicing scheme.
An Accredited Platform can build an experience that combines invoicing and financial services by relying on the appropriate providers and frameworks.
Tractial can assess embedding payment accounts, IBANs, collections, transfers and payment data directly in the platform journey.
The precise model depends on each party’s role, the users involved, the flows and the required regulatory validations.
The IBAN creates a more direct link between the invoice and the settlement.
Tied to a payment account embedded in the journey, it can receive a settlement, identify the financial movement and then match it to the corresponding invoice.
For the platform, the aim is to reduce the break between invoice tracking and collection tracking.
Payment accounts and IBANs can be embedded according to the chosen model and the validated perimeter.
Whether an IBAN can be associated with a user or a business depends in particular on the nature of the service, the KYC/KYB journey, the flows involved, each party’s responsibilities and the applicable regulatory framework.
The model is therefore defined project by project with Tractial.
A supplier payment journey can be assessed in order to bring invoice validation closer to settlement execution.
Depending on the chosen model, the platform can pass the information the journey needs: beneficiary, amount, reference and due date.
Payment remains subject to the applicable authorisation, control and validation mechanisms.
Mechanisms to prepare or schedule payment can be assessed when the journey, user rights and applicable framework allow it.
The aim is, for example, to let the user validate today an invoice whose payment should be executed on a given due date.
Automation must not, however, remove the required controls or authorisations.
Reconciliation can be largely automated when the available data identifies the invoice and the corresponding movement reliably enough.
Amount, payment references, payer identity, IBAN or business data can all contribute to the match.
Ambiguous or incomplete cases must remain identifiable so they can be handled in the software workflow.
Yes, depending on the integration perimeter.
APIs, webhooks or other exchange mechanisms can return available financial events to the software: payment received, operation in progress, transfer executed, rejection, anomaly or another relevant status.
The user can then follow the invoice and its payment from the same interface.
These are two different notions.
Regulatory e-reporting belongs to the French e-invoicing scheme and to the obligations and circuits provided for Accredited Platforms and the businesses concerned.
Tractial financial reporting covers operational information tied to payment services: movements, amounts, balances, beneficiaries, statuses or reconciliations. Where relevant, this information can feed the platform’s system, but it does not replace its regulatory obligations.
No.
It can also concern compatible solutions, invoicing vendors, ERPs, B2B SaaS, accounting software or treasury solutions that want to connect their business data to financial services.
Each actor’s role and how it articulates with an Accredited Platform must be defined according to its model.
Integration is designed around Payment.net and the interfaces made available according to the project.
The partner’s teams can connect the required features (accounts, IBANs, payments, statuses, reconciliation or reporting) to their own screens and workflows.
The technical perimeter is defined during scoping, then tested before go-live.
